Before Downloading or using the OAR Files created by Exo-Life Virtual World you MUST agree with our following terms of use:

TERMS OF USE

1. By downloading and using an OAR File created by Exo-Life Virtual World you certify that you are a designated representative or the owner of a grid/virtual world which operates using the OpenSimulator platform.

2. You certify that your grid/virtual world is non-commercial, of a personal nature, is operated by a recognized educational institution, or is operated by a recognized government agency.

3. You certify your grid/virtual world does not permit the end users of said grid to connect their own OpenSimulator to your grid/virtual world.

4. You understand these Terms of Use permit you to make local copies of the OAR Files as needed for back-up purposes.

5. You understand these Terms of Use do not permit you or anyone representing you on your behalf to distribute the OAR Files created by Exo-Life Virtual World.

6. You understand these Terms of Use permit you to edit the regions contained in the OAR Files and create additional content on them.

7. You understand the OAR Files created by Exo-Life Virtual World are offered as is and will not hold Exo-Life Virtual World responsible if said OAR Files do not function properly on your grid/virtual world.

8. You understand Exo-Life Virtual World may, at its discretion, offer technical support if you are experiencing issues with said OAR Files.

9. You understand Kol Ami Havurah, owners of Exo-Life Virtual World, retains full copyright of the content contained in these OAR Files and you are being granted non-exclusive rights to use the content in your grid/virtual world.
